Starting today, WPSR will be airing LIVE RADIO SHOWS weekly, from 6 PM to 12 AM Mondays through Thursdays! You can listen by sending your media player to http://radio.purchase.edu:8100/listen.m3u. Alternative methods of listening will be available fairly shortly!

Hello! It’s next year already! Let’s do some radio!

If you are interested in joining the WPSR team as either a DJ or intern, you should come meet us next Tuesday at 10 PM in the Dining Hall mezzanine. (That’s just the big triangular hallway when you enter.) We will be introducing what the station does and how it functions, passing out DJ and intern applications, and taking you down to the studio.

If you are a returning DJ, or unable to come to the Tuesday meeting, meet us on Wednesday at 10 PM in the WPSR studio. (The studio is in the basement of the dining hall – you can reach it through the yellow doors in the Dining Hall mezzanine or the Farside basement. Directional signs are posted!)

Regular programming will begin airing on September 12. As always, you can listen to the radio on this very website! This semester, we aim to return to the actual radio airwaves – if you know anything or anyone who could help us accomplish this, please come to one of these meetings! And if you have any questions about anything, email mailbox[a]purchaseradio.org and we can help you out.
